Jyotishman Das Gupta is a Maritime and energy professional with versatile experience covering business development, project management, quality and safety assurance, technology development and statutory compliance of offshore floating and fixed platforms, jack-up rigs, FPSOs, shipbuilding and shipyards.
Jyotishman was the Senior Vice President at Indian Register of Shipping for good 26 years. His last assignment was with L&T as the Head of their upstream Marine group. He now works as an independent Maritime and offshore consultant.
He is one of the Founder Members of Vivekananda Youth Forum (VYF). He is an avid reader and is inspired by Swami Vivekananda’s philosophy. He has conducted several workshops in the past for the volunteers and members of the organization.
